All our translators are qualified translators who are specialised in translating into their own, native language; for example, either German into English or English into German but not both.

We also make sure a translator is from the specific region the document is meant to be translated:  a Portuguese translator will not be used for a document meant for a Brazilian Portuguese market.

All our translators translate accurately with close attention to grammar and spelling. The meaning is unchanged and the same tone and style retained.  They will note any features in the document that they feel need to be brought to the client's attention.

We offer a fast turnaround, normally within a couple of working days but an express turnaround (24 hour or less after receipt of your document) is available on request.

Very long documents such as books will take up to a week to translate.

Our prices are competitive and are based on the number of words (although this can be different for different languages).

We will deliver the completed translation normally by e-mail as a Word document, by post, by personal delivery or by courier.

Prices for translation are simply based on the number of words.

Documents are to be transmitted to us as a Word file (or text) but can also be sent as a .pdf, from a scanned copy of course.

There are discounts for large documents such as books and for on-going contracts.

Prices will increase for very specialist documents or for an express turnaround.
